I know what it's like to do all the right things when it comes to your health, yet still be frustrated by a lack of results! Not to mention how you FEEL, which is typically tired, low energy, foggy, and not your true self.

As a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist, I have coached countless women to meet their health and fitness goals. Although they made significant progress, they would often hit a plateau and stop seeing results, while my male clients continued to improve. It turns out that there has been little to no research on women vs men when it comes to fitness. Until now. The education and certifications that I received never specifically addressed women (and therefore, we weren't aware of the major differences in training). The research that we followed was based on a man's physiology.
It wasn't until recently, as I entered perimenopause and what used to work was no longer effective for me. I was gaining weight and noticing my body composition changing along with losing strength and feeling tired all the time.
So what did I do? Reduced my calories and increased my exercise. That didn't work. I cut out carbs and did more cardio. That didn't work. I was SUPER frustrated. I needed to find answers for myself and for my female clients. This is when I discovered Cycle Syncing and the myriad of doctors who were experts in women's hormone health. Experts like Dr. Stacy Sims, Dr Gabrielle Lyon, and Dr Sara Gottfried and dug into the research. Then, I found I fellow coach who was teaching about these new methods and applying them for herself and her clients. They were getting the results I was looking for!
I enrolled in this SYNC Digital course, got certified, and slowly, things started to change. Exercising and fueling my body to align with my cycle, supplementing for my hormone imbalance (which I discovered after doing the recommended testing), and as a result, feeling better than ever.

I optimized my daily fitness to my infradian rhythm, which meant resting during certain phases of my cycle and pushing hard and strength training in others.
